How can I get confirmation that my payment was made?
We recommend taking note of your reference number as record of your payment. The reference number can be found on the payment confirmation screen at the end of the payment process in the mobile app. You can view your payment history at any time by selecting your account and tapping “Payment History.” Once your payment posts, you will also receive a notification inside the mobile app's message center and under Payment Confirmations, which can be found in Documents & Statements.
