Summer Internship Program
- Program Dates: June 10, 2024 – August 16, 2024
- Program Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
This ten-week program teaches valuable skills and provides networking opportunities for students to build relationships as they receive an in-depth look into the financial services industry.
We are looking for undergraduate Juniors (entering Junior year) or Seniors (must have one term remaining) enrolled in Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field of study.

Management Associate Program (MAP)
- Program Dates: August 19, 2024 – August 14, 2026
- Program Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
This two-year rotational program provides development opportunities and exposure to a variety of disciplines in addition to our senior leadership. Management Associates will also work together to complete a milestone project focused on a current business need.
We are looking for recent Masters / MBA graduates (with degrees obtained before August 2024) with concentrations in quantitative or technical disciplines, and 2 – 5 years of related work experience. Applicants must have also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Decision Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field of study.

Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP)
- Program Dates: July 15, 2024 – July 13, 2026
- Program Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Over the course of the two-year program, associates will spend three, eight-month rotations within various IT focus areas, including: Development, Infrastructure, Quality & Certification, Data, Production Management and Demand Management. In addition to on-the-job learning through time spent in their rotations, associates will be equipped with the technical and soft skills training to develop into future leaders for the company.
We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree (obtained before July 2024) in Computer Science (or related field) with a 3.0 GPA.

Risk Management Training Program (RMTP)
- Program Dates: July 29, 2024 – July 25, 2025
- Program Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
This is a one-year rotational program that offers development opportunities and exposure to various areas within the Risk Management department, including Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Portfolio Management, and Collections Risk. The program is designed to help participants grow their skill sets by providing real-world experience working on projects in these areas.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Decision Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field of study with an expected graduation date of May or June 2023. Experience with Excel, SAS Programming, and/or SQL and query skills is preferred.
