Credit One Bank Celebrates Second Year at Cincinnati Open With Selfies, Giveaways and a Personal Clinic

LAS VEGAS (Aug. 07, 2024) – Credit One Bank, a leader in the credit card industry, completed its second year as a sponsor of the Cincinnati Open, a major stop on the professional tennis circuit leading up to the 2024 US Open. Launched in 1899 and contested for each of the past 125 years, the Cincinnati Open is the longest-running professional tennis tournament played in its city of origin. Credit One Bank first sponsored the tournament in 2023 and, building on a successful first year, Credit One became one the tournament’s six Cornerstone Sponsors for this year’s event.
As part of the tournament’s first-ever Community Day, held the day before the official event start, Credit One partnered with Cincinnati nonprofit Inner City Youth Opportunities to give more than 20 kids from the program a chance to participate in an onsite tennis clinic and meet WTA professional Lauren Davis. After a pizza lunch, the kids received tickets to watch the Legends Exhibition Match on Center Court featuring Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Tommy Paul and John Isner.
Credit One also gave fans the chance to take photos with their favorite players through the Selfie With the Stars booth which ran the length of the tournament. The interactive photobooth in the Fan Zone let fans pose virtually with key players from the tournament including Taylor Fritz and Stefanos Tsitsipas and post their photo to social media. Throughout the tournament, guests also had the opportunity to win tickets to the exclusive 1899 Club for Finals Monday through the Credit One Bank VIP Experience Sweepstakes. In addition to the club tickets, winners and their guests received meet-and-greets with both the men’s and women’s singles champions and behind-the-scenes tours of the Lindner Family Tennis Center.
The tournament ran from August 11 to 19, culminating in a thrilling men’s singles victory by the reigning champion Jannik Sinner over Frances Tiafoe.
